Absolutely fantastic Cajun/Soul food restaurant in Houston!! Delicious food and drink and service par excellence! We had the BEST Brussels sprouts side as an appetizer and then tried several dishes to share. I loved my chicken Alfredo. My wife raved over her salmon. My daughter loved "Da Dirty Rice"! Definitely give this place a try on their Sunday brunch or a special night out with loved ones. I will be back again and again! I definitely want to try the "Yard Bird" next!

Went here for a birthday party. It's a hidden gem in Houston. Relaxed atmosphere with good food and attentive staff. They also have a separate bar and room with a deejay. We had a great time. The only issue was that they wouldn't allow separate checks. Had we known ahead of time, it would have been less of a hassle but don't let that stop you from going.

Absolutely fantastic!! This food was seasoned to perfection! Best bread pudding I’ve had, short of me and grandma getting in the kitchen!! Be sure to request VICTORIA!! Her service was spot on! She brings out what’s needed BEFORE you ask!! Will definitely return!

I'm a foodie. I love this place. I eat there at least once a week the empanadas are amazing tamales and so much more I highly recommend y'all come and try it and the music it's a killer they do salsa and bachata lesson once a week. And these two gentlemen will direct you, Albert and Yefrin Nn what to have🙂

Got invited to brunch. Before I walked in, the vibes I got alerted me that I would have a great time. Got in originally was seated at the bar, asked for a seating change, and they acknowledge it. The waitress did take a minute to notice us, but it was a little busy, so it wasn't a big deal. We placed our food order, and I know for a fact it came out in 15 minutes or less. Tried the soul food plate, which was a little bit of everything. I had three wings, one oxtail, greens, yams, cornbread, and grits. I can't truthfully tell you if the grits were good because I don't eat grits, but based on my girls reaction, I was told, " Those were some good grits." Everything else was great except the greens. I didn't like those. The yams were missing a little flavor, but I still enjoyed them. Also, I had the French toast, not a fan, I guess it's because I was expecting something else when I heard stuffed French toast or was just an ordinary French toast. One my girls had grits and oxtail she rated it 10/10 so you should try that.

😥This is a painful review to write ✍️ because I want to see our people win but we gotta do better. 1st the place was a little hard to find (a couple coming in when I was leaving had to ask me where it was), 2nd I walked in and the waitstaff was kinda oblivious and said “sit wherever”, 3rd the food was lacking flavor and nothing spectacular at all. If you are going to be a small - and I do mean SMALL - hole in the wall establishment your food must be top notch! People go to the run down “hole in the wall” spots regularly for good food and strong drinks. If you are not giving that, than oh boy…🙈😬you might as well close…but it Definitely has potential though

Took my wife out for her Birthday.. The food was awesome but the service was below standard. We sat at the restaurant table 10 minutes before the waitress came over. Took our drink order and took another 15 minutes to get the order. The food was at the table before the drinks. The waitress walked by the table a total of 5 times and never asked if we needed another drink..We made our way over to the DJ bar area.. The waitress in this area was more concentrated about looking at her phone.. We sat in a 200 dollar minimum table top.. I spent around 600 dollars for the four of us... No biggie because we was looking for a good time.. Tried to call management or the owner before I posted this review. We want be going back..
